What we collect
When you fill in our quote form, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the type of job, and any message you write. If you call, text or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can help you.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your enquiry, book a site visit and prepare your quote.
- To carry out and manage any work you ask us to do.
- To keep basic records of enquiries and jobs.
We don't sell your information and we don't send marketing to people who only asked for a quote unless they ask us to.
How your form details are handled
Our quote form is processed by Formspree, an online form service, which passes your message to us by email. Formspree may store submissions on servers outside Australia. Your message then arrives in our inbox, where we read and store it.
Analytics and advertising
We may use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use this website and to measure whether our ads work. These tools can use cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as your device, approximate location and the pages you visit. This information is used in aggregate. You can limit tracking through your browser settings or Google's ad settings. If you arrive from one of our ads, we also note which ad or campaign brought you here (for the current visit only) and include it with your quote request, so we know which advertising is working. We may use tools from Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising and measurement. Watching the videos and looking at photos on this website doesn't require an account.
Keeping your information safe and how long we keep it
We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we reasonably need them for our work and our legal and tax obligations, and then delete or de-identify them. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse and loss.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
